“In the past, slow growth meant a 5% to 10% sequential increase in subscribers. This quarter, due to increased competition, it meant a 1% decline in subscribers.”

In other words, if you pretend for a moment that I have the power to define what “slow growth” means, then assume for another moment that by growth, I actually mean decline. And no, this is not me saying we’re losing customers to competitors. This is me saying we’re not losing customers, we’re gaining negative ones.
